בהמשך למודעה שפורסמה ביום 22 באפריל 2020 בדבר כינוס האסיפה הכללית השנתית של טב תעשיות פרמצבטיות בע"מ ("החברה") ביום 9 ביוני 2020, החברה מודיעה כי בשל התפרצות נגיף הקורונה, ולשם שמירה על חייהם ובריאותם של בעלי המניות, הדירקטורים, נושאי המשרה והעובדים של החברה, האסיפה תתקיים באופן וירטואלי (וזאת כמפורט בהודעת החברה כאמור להלן) ולא באופן פיזי במשרדי החברה, כפי שנכתב במודעה מיום 22 באפריל 2020.
